To place an order, simply browse our collection, select your desired items, and click Add to Cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout where you can review your order and enter your payment details.

Can I cancel or change my order after it’s been placed?
Once an order is confirmed, we cannot make changes to it. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been processed, we’ll be happy to assist.

Standard delivery takes 6-10 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping fees and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my jewelry?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused condition. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for more details.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, simply fill out the return form included in your order and send it back to us. We’ll provide a return shipping label.
